Exchange Policy

Exchange Request Window:
Exchange requests must also be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchange Conditions:

* Only size exchanges are allowed
* Style exchanges are not permitted
* Exchange is allowed only one time per order
* Customer must self-dispatch the product to the address shared by our team
* Product must meet all return quality conditions (unused, tag attached, proper packaging, etc.)

Once we receive and approve the product after quality check,
✅ The exchanged size will be dispatched to the customer’s address

Important:
* Exchange requests made after 24 hours of delivery will be denied
