At Shankriti, we follow a strict quality and hygiene protocol. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Request Window:
A return query must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Requirements for Return Approval:
To be eligible for a return, the customer must share:

* A proper unboxing video of the parcel
* Clear images of the product
* Product must be properly packed in original Shankriti packaging
* Original tag must be attached
* A photo of the parcel after packing, ready for dispatch

Once the return request is approved, our team will share the return shipping address.
The customer has to self-dispatch the parcel.

Quality Check Process:
After we receive the returned product:

* The product will undergo a thorough quality check within 1 working day
* The item must be unused, unworn, unstained, and in original condition

If the return is validated, the customer will receive:
✅ Store Credit in the form of a coupon for the same amount

This store credit can be used on future purchases.

Important Notes:
* Store credit is not applicable on sale items or flash sale products
* Returns raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
